Vans Sales Manager | Mercedes-Benz Brisbane
We are seeking a driven and high-performing Vans Sales Manager to join our team at Mercedes-Benz Brisbane.
This role is critical in leading, developing, and growing our Mercedes-Benz Light Commercial vehicle division, while contributing to overall sales performance and the continued success of the largest Mercedes-Benz dealership in the Southern Hemisphere and a globally recognised luxury brand.

About You:
* Proven experience in automotive or light commercial vehicle sales
* Previous leadership experience preferred, but not essential
* Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to engage professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
* High level of motivation and accountability
* Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook; ERA DMS experience advantageous)
About the Role:
* Oversee all sales activity through the Dealership CRM system
* Generate new business through client visits, networking, and referrals
* Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deliverym
* Maintain showroom and vehicle display standards in line with Mercedes-Benz expectations
* Oversee daily sales operations and administration
* Collaborate with the leadership team on business plans and growth strategies
