About the Role
As an Area Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our technicians and clients by managing job scheduling, invoicing, customer communications, and compliance. This dynamic position requires exceptional time management, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems with urgency.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule daily jobs and coordinate equipment and access for technicians
* Liaise with clients to organise planned maintenance and respond to enquiries
* Manage job documentation, invoicing, and debt collection
* Assist with purchasing and vendor invoice queries
* Maintain compliance and contribute to HSEQ improvements
* Support HR with technician timesheet entry
* Organise travel and accommodation
Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in service administration
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Excellent time management and data entry accuracy
* Understanding of HSEQ policies and procedures
Desirable:
* Certificate III in Business Administration
* Background in the service industry
