As a Senior Associate, Finance Transformation at PwC, you'll play a vital role in shaping finance strategies, improving processes, and helping clients harness AI and technology to transform the way their finance functions support the business. What you'll do:
* Define finance strategies and operating models, optimising people, process, technology, and data across the finance function.
* Modernise management reporting and improve planning, performance management, and end-to-end finance processes.
* Lead digital transformation by implementing AI, automation, and data visualisation tools; collaborate with Data & Analytics to develop innovative solutions (e.g., finance chatbots) that enable better decision‐making.
* Diagnose root causes of business problems and recommend practical solutions to enhance processes.
* Work in cross‐functional teams with client stakeholders, conducting analysis, developing insights, and delivering high‐quality outcomes and deliverables (reports, models, proposals, thought leadership).
What we're looking for:
* Must have a strong consulting / continuous improvement background or come from a project‐oriented environment. Proven experience in delivering transformation projects in the Finance function, including Finance Operating Model Design and Finance Process Improvement (O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A). Advisory experience with key Finance technologies and automation tools (e.g. SAP S/4, OneStream, Workday Adaptive, Oracle, PowerBI).
* Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex business problems.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
* A keen interest in emerging Future of Finance trends, including AI and Agentic Finance.
* An academic background in Accounting, Finance or Commerce is preferred.
