Webuild is delivering the design and construction of the New Women and Babies Hospital in Perth, Western Australia. The project is commissioned by the Western Australia Government to replace the century-old King Edward Memorial Hospital and expand healthcare services for women, children, and their families.

Responsibilities
* Manage the technical risk and opportunities that present on the project, and lead the development of any innovative and new initiatives or processes that may be trialled.
* Manage key areas of works including design coordination, commercial management, planning and delivery phases.
* Provide support to the Project Manager for stakeholder management or contractual requirements.
* Act as the representative of the Project Manager as required, including attending meetings with the client and other stakeholders.
* Consider innovative design options, engineering solutions and value for money initiatives and review for practicality prior to implementation.
* Prepare construction plans and programs for the project in line with expectations and assist with preparation of site construction budgets and monthly reports.
* Work with site supervisors to understand how they manage respective trades and ensure productivity of direct hire and subcontractor employees.
* Monitor construction progress for the area of work against program and budget and report on variances.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or an associated discipline.
* High level of commercial building knowledge over various stages of construction, or specific areas of construction (structure, façade, fit‑out).
* 5–7+ years construction experience in major projects of $100M+ is essential, with health experience preferred.
* Exceptional communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
* Collaborative approach and ability to drive project outcomes.
