Driven by their core values of integrity, excellence and respect, this growing organisation seeks a driven Human Resources Advisor to join their team.
This role works closely with the Senior Human Resources Team to provide entry level professional support to internal key stakeholders and assists to deliver objectives in line with the overarching strategy.
With a key focus on talent acquisition, talent management and supporting managers with forecasting, employee transfers and new hire onboarding, this role is critical to the growth of their overall business.
**Your Role**
Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, your role will involve:
- Support and develop a talent management strategy in collaboration with senior HRBP's
- End to end recruitment
- Support the senior HRBP's with succession planning
- Support the leadership team to execute employee strategies and initiatives
- Support Senior HRBP's with workplace investigations
- Ensure compliance with state employment laws
- Processing, data entry and monitoring relevant compliance requirements such as National Criminal History Checks etc.
- Assisting with HR and payroll queries and correspondence as required
- Completing all relevant processes for onboarding new starters including data entry of all new starter paperwork
- Providing administrative support to the wider People and Culture team as required
- Proactively follow up required documentation to complete the onboarding process
- Drafting contracts and letters of offer.
- Process all employee lifecycle events to a high quality and agreed service levels
- Drafting HR correspondence and ongoing maintenance of various HR systems, registers and reports.
- Maintaining data within the HRIS and filing systems
- Support HR projects.
- Dealing with highly confidential information
- General Administration Support
**Your Profile**
You will have experience working in a Human Resources Advisor previously and work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will have a passion for Talent Acquisition and experience recruiting a diverse range of roles across trades, professional services, technology, back office and finance. You will have a proactive and compliance driven attitude and have a passion for providing high levels of service to key stakeholders. You will have used a number of HRIS systems in the past and pick up new technology quickly. You will have a relevant tertiary degree in HR or equivalent.
