About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing & Operations Virtual Assistant to support a growing Fractional CFO and Finance Coaching practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys marketing execution, digital operations, and client support, and who can help relieve day-to-day operational pressure while ensuring consistent brand presence and smooth workflows. The successful candidate will support marketing initiatives, client onboarding, digital content creation, and workshop coordination, allowing the business owner to focus on client delivery and strategic growth. Compensation: 1000 AUD/month (paid bimonthly) Work Schedule: 20hrs/week Sydney Time Location: Remote Key Responsibilities: Marketing & Content Support Create, schedule, and manage social media content across LinkedIn and Instagram Manage direct messages (DMs) and respond professionally to inquiries Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and broadcasts Assist with blog and content publishing Design marketing materials, documents, and slide decks using Canva Edit short-form marketing and educational videos Funnel, Website & Automation Support Assist with funnel creation and automation within GoHighLevel (GHL) Support the transition from Kajabi to GoHighLevel Perform basic WordPress website administration and updates Manage calendars, bookings, and integrations related to marketing and onboarding Client Support & Operations Welcome and onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience Provide ongoing client support and coordination Support the preparation and hosting of monthly online workshops Create and organize workshop-related documents and presentation materials Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables using Asana Tools & Platforms Used: GoHighLevel (GHL), Canva, WordPress, Asana, Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram), Email marketing tools within GHL Key Requirements & Competencies: Experience in social media marketing and email marketing Familiarity with funnels, automations, and online booking systems Strong organizational and time-management skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Proactive task identification and implementation Clear, professional, and effective communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently Comfortable supporting live or virtual events and workshops
