5. Participate in visual merchandising efforts, including displays and window displays, to maximize sales potential.
6. Support other sales associates as needed, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure the team's success.
7. Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on products, promotions, and company initiatives.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
