About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this role is to be responsible for the day-to-day execution of multiple projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, on program, to specification, and to high standards. This is a hybrid role combining site leadership, coordination, and hands-on capability when required.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising multiple live sites and leading site crews
* Being hands-on during critical path or high-detail tasks
* Enforcing QA, safety, compliance, and builder protocols
* Coordinating subcontractors, materials, deliveries, and access
* Maintaining site records, updates, and communication with stakeholders
* Acting as the site-based representative and ensuring professional delivery
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Commitment to safety, compliance, and team standards
* Strong trade background (preferably in carpentry or fitout)
* Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills
* Ability to lead by example with professionalism and integrity
* A values-aligned mindset: ownership, quality, and long-term thinking
* Commercial construction site supervision experience (minimum 2 years)
