About the Role
At National 360, we are looking for a Speech Pathologist who is dedicated to helping individuals with a wide range of needs. Whether its complex care, intellectual difficulties, mental health challenges, or behaviors of concern. This role allows you to work with clients in the comfort of their own homes, in our Hobart clinic, or out in the community. This flexibility allows you to meet our clients where they are most comfortable and provide the best possible care.
You will be responsible for completing assessments and therapeutic intervention programs, but you will also provide detailed reports to ensure that progress is tracked and communicated effectively.Our unique company support structure provides an opportunity for you to work in a generalist capacity or tailor your caseload as well as the below:
* Complex Communication
* Adult Neuro
* Dysphagia
* Paediatrics
About you
We like to keep an open mind when it comes to bringing therapists on board! With that being said, there are a few requirements for our therapists which are:
* Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
* At least 1 year's experience working as a Speech Pathologist in the private or public sector
* SPA Registration
* NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply)
* Australian Drivers License
* Ability to provide evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations based on State Government requirements (or applicable exemption)
