As the Senior Customer Service Officer, you will oversee front-of-house administration services, manage our tight-knit customer service team, and ensure the highest standards of service across all channels.
Reporting to the Commercial Partnerships Manager you will enhance merchandise displays and support motorsport events in a retail capacity.

This role can be full time or part time (3-4 days per week) for the right applicant.

Enhancing the visitor experiences are the on-site Big 4 Holiday Park, offering comfortable family-friendly accommodations, and the Rydges Pit Lane Hotel, a premium hotel that places guests directly in the heart of the action with unparalleled views of the circuit.
What will you be responsible for?
Welcome Centre: Greet and assist customers, manage reception duties and inquiries, and provide weekly reports.
Lead the customer service team and manage rostering ensuring full coverage.
Event Support: Oversee event administration, ticketing, and credentials.
Coordinate bus tours and assist with ticketing for events.
Motorsport Administration: Manage Driver Experience welcome packs, event sign-on, and assist with event preparation.
Retail and Sales: Facilitate merchandise sales, manage stock control, oversee POS operations, conduct stock takes, and fulfil online orders.
Drive sales and provide reports.
Marketing and Customer Engagement: Collaborate on ticketing and membership enquiries.
Respond to Google reviews and social media enquiries.
Oversee tours, DEP days, and customer engagement initiatives.
General Duties: Support café offerings and assist the Rydges Reception desk as required.
