Hours: Full‐time hours – Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Chandler Macleod has partnered with one of our well‐known clients to seek an experienced and customer‐focused Customer Service Officer to support day‐to‐day operations within a fast‐paced, operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reception duties, including managing incoming calls and front‐of‐house enquiries
* Taking, processing, and accurately logging customer orders
* Providing customer service support to internal and external stakeholders
* Liaising closely with warehouse and logistics teams to support order fulfilment
* General administrative tasks, including data entry and record maintenance
About You:
* Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administration
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work effectively in a blue‐collar, operational environment
* Understanding of logistics or warehousing operations is highly regarded
* Reliable, detail‐focused, and team‐oriented
Additional Requirements:
* Must be prepared to undergo drug and alcohol testing
* Available to work full‐time hours Monday - Friday
