As a seasoned project lead, you will oversee the management of an assigned project from inception to completion. This will involve managing budgets, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and maintaining effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assume overall site management of the project, reporting directly to senior management.
* Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental requirements.
* Develop and manage project budgets from tender wins into financially stable projects.
* Ensure timely delivery of projects and efficient procurement processes.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a similar leadership role.
* Ability to perform day-to-day tasks with a focus on quality and safety.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Valid driver's license.
* Construction Industry White Card.
