About the role

The Enterprise Change Partner plays a key role in shaping how change is experienced and embedded across TAC. You will contribute to our ambitious transformation journey by building change leadership capability, influencing organisational culture, and strengthening how our people adapt to change.

Partnering with key areas of the business, you will capture, analyse, and interpret change data to inform decision-making. You will provide trusted advice and education to senior stakeholders and work closely with other change-enabling functions to design and deliver a coherent, people-centred change experience. As a visible and influential presence across TAC, you will help connect siloed initiatives and support leaders to adopt consistent change practices aligned to TAC’s Make Every Day Matter Strategy.

About the Team

This role is part of the Enterprise Change and Workplace Experience division, which drives a high-performance culture by delivering impactful change, workplace, and strategic initiatives that empower employees and create value for our clients and community.

Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Change, you will be empowered to work autonomously within a collaborative, practical, and solutions-focused team.

What we’re looking for

* Strategic Influencer & Relationship Builder
You’re an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills. You are comfortable influencing and coaching senior leaders to think differently and lead change effectively.
* Experience in Transformation Programs & Settings
You bring experience leading or contributing to enterprise-wide transformation or change programs, with the ability to apply change and project management methodologies in a practical, solutions focused way.
* Analytical & Insight Led
You’re skilled at collecting, analysing and translating complex change data into clear insights and actionable recommendations that inform strategy and improve ways of working.

Why you’ll love it here

There’s more to work than a competitive salary and amazing employee benefits. As our newest Change Partner, you’ll also:

* Make a positive difference
Every day the work you do at the TAC contributes to something bigger. As part of an inclusive, supportive team you’ll find real purpose in achieving goals, together.
* Be rewarded for great work
We value our people, offering a corporate incentive, salary packaging and a reward and recognition program.
* Grow and go places
We’re invested in your progress. When you work for one of Victoria’s largest and leading workplaces, you’ll receive extensive internal opportunities for development and access to the LinkedIn Learning Digital Hub.
