What You'll Be Doing
You'll support our Accounts Payable Manager and take ownership of key AP processes across the business, including:
* Processing service and inventory invoices in SAP
* Preparing weekly supplier payment runs
* Managing shared AP inboxes
* Resolving invoice issues and responding to supplier queries
* Processing staff expense claims
* Completing account and statement reconciliations
* Providing cover for the AP Manager during leave
* Maintaining vendor master data
* Keeping AP process tracking up to date
* Contributing ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement
* Learning new software and helping refine our processes as we grow
What You Bring
Essential
* High attention to detail and accuracy — especially when things are busy
* Excellent communication skills and a service‑first mindset
Desirable
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One experience a bonus

You're reliable, organised, and calm under pressure. You've got an excellent phone manner, strong interpersonal skills, and you love collaborating with others to get great outcomes.
