Junior to Intermediate Lawyer – Wills & Estates | Caloundra office

Due to significant growth, an opportunity has arisen for a confident Junior to Intermediate Lawyer to join their Caloundra team.
The role will focus on wills, estate planning, administration and litigation.
The work mix will include:
Estate planning– Drafting testamentary documents such as Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPOA), Memorandum of Wishes and Advance Health Directives (AHD).
Estate Administration– Acting for executors in the administration of deceased estates.
Estate Litigation– To a lesser extent.
Ideal Candidate
Two to five years PAE.
Early-career experience in Estate Planning, Estate Administration or Estate Litigation (or transferable skills with a strong interest in Wills & Estates).
Excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
This role works with a highly regarded Senior Lawyer who will provide exceptional guidance and support for your development.
