Key Responsibilities
* Excavate trenches using appropriate tools and equipment while ensuring correct depth and alignment
* Install drainage, stormwater and sewer pipes using correct joining methods and techniques
* Connect pipes to pits, manholes and inspection chambers
* Ensure correct grading and alignment for effective flow
* Backfill and compact trenches to required standards
* Work collaboratively with site teams to maintain workflow and productivity
* Follow all WHS procedures and maintain a safe work environment
* Identify and report any site or installation issues
About You
* Previous experience in civil pipe laying (Drainage, Stormwater or Sewer)
* Strong understanding of pipe laying techniques and civil construction practices
* White Card
* Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport
* Reliable, motivated and safety focused
* Ability to work well within a team environment
* Leading Hand experience highly regarded but not essential
