Job Title: Key Account Business Developer
This role plays a crucial part in driving business growth across NSW mining and industrial sectors.
The successful candidate will work in a fully remote position, travelling to mining sites to build new customer relationships and maintain existing ones. You will be responsible for delivering engineered solutions, product knowledge, and exceptional service, while promoting aftersales services including spare parts, hire, and service contracts.
* Provide technical advice and solutions to meet customer needs in pumps, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
* Establish strategic relationships with consultants, contractors, and business managers to maximise opportunities.
* Participate in marketing initiatives, trade shows, and sales promotions to expand market presence.
* Maintain accurate reporting, CRM updates, and collaborate with the sales team and management.
