Role Overview
As a Mental Health Clinician, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing focused psychological strategies to meet the individual needs of people accessing our service within a community-based mental health care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective intervention plans to support clients.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and services for individuals and families.
* Maintain strong relationships with consumers, carers, and other agencies to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
* Registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Mental Health Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse or AASW registration as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker is required.
* Demonstrated expertise in Brief Intervention Models of Care.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
* Strong analytical skills and a working understanding of assessment and care planning.
