An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and commercially minded Retail Leasing Manager to join a leading national retail business, managing leasing outcomes across a well-established and high-performing portfolio. This role is a key driver of space growth, network optimisation, and value creation, working across a variety of retail formats including large format, convenience, and shopping centre assets. Reporting to the State Leasing Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end leasing negotiations and be a strategic partner in delivering the property objectives for the business. Key Responsibilities: Identify, secure, and negotiate new store sites, renewals, and extensions in line with the national property strategy Drive commercially sound leasing deals that align with the network plan and broader business goals Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners including landlords, developers, and consultants Develop strategies for underperforming assets and proactively manage lease tenure risk Assess new sites against financial benchmarks, demographics, and competitive landscape Prepare and present business cases for internal approval About You: To succeed in this role, you’ll be a skilled property professional with a passion for retail and a strong understanding of leasing strategy and commercial negotiation.
