RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Brighter Lives has various fundraising events throughout the year. These include, but
are not limited to: brunch events, golf days, donation drives, book fair, fun runs, BBQs
and other community events.
Brighter Lives is seeking flexibility to assist with events at your availability throughout the year.
Responsibilities are matched with volunteers interested skillset. Responsibilities that are included, but not limited to:
Selling raffle tickets;
Donation drives;
Assist with pack-up and pack-down at various events;
BBQing and supporting BBQing activities;
Coordination, sorting and pricing books;
Collecting donated books from business partners;
Selling books;
Assist in coordination: car parking for events, book sorting, etc.
Tele-marketing calls;
Sign-in attendees at events;
Christmas events and letters to Santa;
Bandi Bear appearances;
Ad hoc events and roles where relevant.
