Retail Assistant

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to a diverse range of industrial and trade customers.
Responsibilities
* Deliver technical support and solutions with outstanding customer experience.
* Resolve customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
* Build strong collaborative relationships with team and other departments.
* Identify and communicate local growth opportunities and maintain efficient warehouse processes.
* Contribute to overall branch performance.
* Accurately and timely process orders in SAP.
* Comply with SPW Safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
* Experience in a retail sales environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong focus on customer service.
* SAP skills are desirable.
* Welding, Fabrication or similar trade knowledge highly regarded.
* Must be able to lift weights of around 25 kg.
* Full work rights in Australia.
