Central Queensland Health is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to provide strategic leadership and manage the daily operations of clinical and support services.
The COO will be responsible for aligning operations with organizational goals, managing budgets, and overseeing a team of General Managers and Service Directors across various facilities.

* Proven superior strategic leadership and business capability at an executive level in a large and complex organization.
* Proven track record in developing, implementing, and evaluating practical, innovative, and value-for-money business models and solutions.
* High-level management skills and knowledge, including planning, performance monitoring, and improvement, resource and budget management.
