About the Position
* Provide strategic direction and tactical management of operational, financial, human, and information resources to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Liaise with relevant clinical and support services leaders to foster collaboration and innovation.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery, staff development, and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management:
* Oversee the management of resources, including budgeting, staffing, and logistics.
