Senior Talent Consultant Role
This is a critical Subject Matter Expert (SME) capacity as the Senior Consultant – Talent Governance. The role acts as the central authority for all risk, controls, and process obligations across the entire Talent portfolio.
Key responsibilities include designing essential processes, establishing robust risk controls, and creating transparent reporting to manage and preempt emerging risks.
The successful candidate will have advanced stakeholder relationship management expertise, including:
* Advanced Stakeholder Relationship Management
* Expert Knowledge of Risk and Controls within a highly regulated environment
* Advanced Process Design Skills for complex, cross-functional organisational workflows
* Practical, applied Knowledge of AI principles relevant to HR/Talent functions
* A strong track record in governing and managing contingent/contractor vendors, processes, and policies
* SME knowledge in Talent procurement and agency management
