Alcolizer is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. This role will support the HR Advisor in delivering a broad range of HR functions across the business, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations administration, and HR systems maintenance.
This position is well suited to someone with HR administration experience who is looking to further develop their career in a hands‐on HR generalist environment with exposure across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle
* Coordinate end‐to‐end onboarding and offboarding processes including contracts, inductions, system setup, and exit documentation
* Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems
* Provide general HR administrative support across the business
* Respond to HR queries in a timely and professional manner
Recruitment & Selection
* Support end‐to‐end recruitment activities including job advertisement preparation, candidate screening, interview coordination, reference checking, and preparation of offers
* Assist in ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience
Employee Relations Support
* Assist the HR Advisor with disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes
* Prepare documentation and coordinate meetings as required
* Maintain accurate and confidential HR records
Systems & Compliance
* Ensure HR data integrity and system accuracy at all times
* Support compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
* Assist with continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
About You
* Previous experience in HR administration or a HR support role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of confidentiality and professionalism
* Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn
* A qualification in Human Resources or a related field is highly desirable but not essential.
