About the Role:
We have a vacancy for an enthusiastic individual eager to realize their potential in a supportive team environment.
We are also seeking experienced frame and truss detailers to join our team.
Depending on the specific role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Preparing and finishing detailed estimates for new projects.
* Preparing detailed layouts and ancillaries for factory and site requirements.
* Assisting the Technical Manager.
* Liaising directly with builders, architects, and engineers.
* Ensuring timely completion of work in line with company quality specifications.
* Communicating with internal and external customers.
About You:
To be considered for the traineeship, you should have:
* An interest in residential house construction, architecture, drafting, engineering, CAD, and related fields.
* Full training will be provided in construction, drafting, and CAD software with no prior experience required.
* A desire to learn and be mentored by experienced staff members.
* A strong work ethic.
* Enthusiasm and a commitment to customer support.
* Attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
