Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Sales Support Coordinator, based in Osborne Park, Perth WA. Responsibilities include providing support to the sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer records. The role also involves coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment, managing schedules, and assisting with customer account management. You will also be responsible for assisting customers with product selections, handling inquiries, and maintaining the presentation of showroom and displays.
Responsibilities
* Provide support to the sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer records.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
* Manage schedules and assist with customer account management.
* Assist customers with product selections, handle inquiries, and maintain the showroom and displays.
Qualifications
* Strong customer service, communication, and relationship management skills.
* Experience with order processing, record-keeping, and client account management.
* Proficiency in administrative tasks, organization, and time management.
* Familiarity with sales operation software, Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team with a proactive attitude.
* Experience in sales support or a similar role is preferred.
* Knowledge of the bathroom and kitchen products industry is an advantage.
