Location: 3 Joynton Avenue, Zetland, 2017, NSW
Centre: Goodstart Waranara
Employment Type : Permanent Fixed term (untill December 2026)
Pay: $43.55 - $66.09 plus Educational Leader allowance plus super

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Waranara
Our purpose-built centre offers a beautifully designed environment that fosters strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community. We regularly venture out on excursions to nearby parks, libraries, and cafés, and benefit from our close proximity to Woolworths, a gym, and a swimming pool—just a 5–7 minute walk from the train station. You'll Need
* Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current NESA Working with Children Check
If you have previous experience leading change in education and have either a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education), a Diploma qualification or ACECQA approved equivalent, then we'd love to talk to you about which of our amazing opportunities would be the best fit for you.
