General Practitioner (GP) – Multidisciplinary Community Clinic
River Community Services & Newcastle Allied Health
Newcastle & Maitland NSW | Contractor or Salaried | FT or PT | No On-Call
Join a truly holistic, community-focused health centre where medical, allied health and behavioural supports operate under one umbrella.
River Community Services and Newcastle Allied Health are expanding and seeking a General Practitioner (GP) to join our established multidisciplinary team. With psychology, clinical psychology, OT, speech, physio, social work, behaviour support, clinical nursing and early intervention all onsite, this is a unique opportunity to practice medicine within a highly collaborative community environment.
We currently support 450+ children, young people and families across the Hunter region and have strong demand for a GP to provide ongoing care, chronic disease management, mental health care plans, medication reviews, NDIS participant shared care and general practice services.
This is an ideal role for a GP wanting meaningful work, multidisciplinary collaboration and flexibility — without the pressure of high-volume corporates or on-call rosters.
