All you need to do is come in and really shape, define and lead the entire internal creative services and design team. Reporting to the inspiring Head of Creative Services, you will lead and drive excellence and best practice across both the internal creative design team as well as the internal production team. You will ensure a seamless, consistent and efficient creative process ensuring the team are hitting creative and production deadlines on time, on budget and that all brand guidelines are adhered to!ResponsibilitiesAs our new Art Director, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing our brand's visual strategy across all channels, including advertising, social media, in-store experiences, and packaging. You'll collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and copywriting, to create cohesive and compelling brand experiences that drive customer engagement and sales.You Will Also Do The Following Develop and maintain our brand's visual identity and design language Conceptualize and design innovative, customer-centric campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and art buyers to produce high-quality creative assets Provide art direction for photo shoots, video productions, and other brand content initiatives Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to continuously improve our brand's visual storytelling What you need 8-15 years of experience in art direction, design, or a related field A Portfolio that showcases your expertise in developing and implementing visual brand strategies Strong understanding of brand development, marketing principles, and customer behavior Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign What's in it for you Competitive salary and benefits package - $140,000 - $160,000 base + super Opportunity to work with an iconic Australian Retail brand Collaborative, dynamic work environment with a talented team of creatives.
