As we enter a phase of growth and transition, we're in search of a versatile individual with a genuine passion for people and technology. In this role, you'll work closely with our clients, assisting them in designing their home designs by creating custom electrical solutions, implementing advanced lighting control, enhancing security, and providing structured cabling solutions.
We're looking for a candidate eager to learn, with a strong focus on customer service, whole‐home technology solutions, and excellent communication skills. While experience in the residential electrical or construction industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
We welcome applications from recent school graduates who showcase strong interpersonal skills and a keen interest in pursuing a career in home technology. Full training will be provided. We are also open to receiving applications from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
* Providing quotes and managing sales for home automation, security and structured cabling systems, catering to both new homes and modifications.
* Handling quotes and sales for consumer electronic hardware, such as home networking equipment and smart home products.
* Reading and interpreting building plans.
* Conducting consultations from our main office in Osborne Park and our field offices at our build partners within the metropolitan area, involving travel to meet individuals in their homes, offices, or construction sites.
* Collaborating with the team members to design comprehensive plans and solutions for large‐scale projects.
* Liaising with both clients and builders for system installation.
Essential Requirements
* Confidence in utilising computer programs for the purpose of creating system designs and installation documentation.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
* Ability to work both as a team and autonomously.
* Exhibits flexibility and a goal‐oriented work approach.
* Communicates respectfully and precisely.
* Shows proven organisational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines.
* Stays updated on product, industry and technology advancements through supplier training, in‐house training, and self‐directed learning.
* Pays meticulous attention to detail.
* Solution‐oriented mindset.
* Must have a passion for working collaboratively with people.
* Australian work rights are required for this position.
