Early Childhood Educator

* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver and contribute to the development of a high-quality early learning program across one or multiple rooms.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve educational goals and promote the confidence, strengths, and interests of children.
* Contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs that meet the diverse needs of children.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and a cohesive approach to education.
* Be proactive in addressing challenging behaviors and supporting children's emotional well-being.
* Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in early childhood education.
Requirements:
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent).
* Sound knowledge and experience of early learning quality and educational frameworks.
