**About the role**:
We're on the hunt for a Lead Generator to join our Direct Sales team based in Perth. The purpose of this role is to create incremental revenue by seeking new business opportunities. You will maximise revenue potential by meeting and exceeding qualified appointment goals by providing multi-platform advertising solutions to customers, through the implementation of customer focused selling.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Prospect and uncover new business opportunities
- Ensure new business meetings are met on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Proactively and confidently sell SCA's assets, including Regional and Metro Radio and Digital assets to clients
- Deliver exceptional customer service by tailoring presentations to client specific needs and taking a proactive approach to maximising Regional Radio and Digital revenue through customer focused selling.
- Develop new clients; marketing strategies through customer needs analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients.
- Be proactive in developing growth strategies for new clients.
**Experience we're looking for**:
- 2-3 years of business to business selling experience with consistent and proven results.
- 2-3 years' experience in new business development with consistent and proven results.
- 2-3 years' experience providing superior customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adopt and using a range of styles, tools and techniques appropriate to customers both internally and externally.
- Strong negotiation skills and able to ensure value is maximised for both clients and the business.
- Superior Presentation Skills and is able to deliver attractive, accurate and customer focused communication.
