About the Role
* This role involves processing travel bookings for staff, VMOs, and patients efficiently to ensure quality service.
Key Responsibilities
* Process travel transactions for staff, VMOs, and patients with accuracy and efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with legislation, contracts, and customer requirements.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of travel bookings.
* Provide excellent interpersonal and telephone etiquette skills when communicating with customers and colleagues.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
* Prioritize and manage tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
* Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
