* Identify emerging risks and work collaboratively with participants, families, and the wider stakeholder team to reduce risk and improve safety.
* Oversee service delivery to ensure supports align with participant care plans, risk assessments, and NDIS requirements.
* Work closely with Senior Support Workers to monitor compliance, review regular audits, and conduct weekly spot checks.
* Support staff training and performance development.
* Act as a key point of contact for participant, family, and stakeholder feedback.
* Participate in an after-hours on-call roster to support service delivery when required.
What we're looking for
* You’re a confident, calm, and supportive leader who enjoys helping teams succeed. You’re comfortable managing incidents, guiding staff, and ensuring services meet high standards.

o Experience leading, supervising, or coaching support staff
o Strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS Code of Conduct

* On-call allowance paid in addition to salary
* Supportive leadership and clear role expectations
