POSITION: Senior Support Worker – Rostering
SERVICE: Aged and Community Transport Services
LOCATION: Tumut, Wagga, Lockhart or Griffith NSW
Valmar Support Services is a Not for Profit Organisation who thrives to provide high quality support services to people with disabilities, aged care services, community transport and supported employment.
Responsibilities
- Mentor support workers and trainees
- Manage staff schedules and rosters to support smooth day-to-day operation of community-based home care programs, including transport services in regional areas
- Contribute to service planning and delivery
- Maintain accurate rosters to ensure timely and appropriate service provision
- Support billing and reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with program guidelines such as the Home Care Package (HCP) and Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP)
Qualifications and Requirements
- Willingness to undertake an NSW NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Australian Driver’s Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Minimum Certificate IV in Aged Services or other relevant industry qualifications, or a post-secondary qualification with a minimum of Certificate IV
Location and Employment Type
Permanent full-time role based in Tumut, Wagga, Lockhart, or Griffith, NSW.
