The Role
* Lead end-to-end delivery of complex built-form developments
* Manage feasibility, budgets, cashflow and program performance
* Oversee design, approvals, procurement and construction delivery
* Manage head contractors, consultants and key stakeholders
* Drive commercial outcomes, risk management and reporting
Key Requirements (Essential)
* Proven experience as a Senior Development Manager (SDM)
* Delivered built-form projects $80m+ (apartments/residential/mixed-use)
* Exposure to $150m–$200m+ projects highly regarded
* Strong feasibility and commercial management capability
* Able to operate independently and hit the ground running
* Experience managing contractors, consultants and delivery risk
