National Sales Manager
Drive Australia-wide sales growth by leading strategy, key accounts, and omnichannel execution. You'll shape forecasts, negotiate with major retailers, expand into recent channels, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
What You'll Do:
Lead national sales strategy across retail and eCommerce.
Analyse markets to spot opportunities and drive growth.
Negotiate trading terms, activation's, and promotions with major accounts.
Manage inventory, orders, and stock flow across all channels.
Coach and motivate your team to exceed KPIs.
Represent the brand at trade shows and key events. * National and international travel required.
You Bring:
5+ years in senior sales or account management with top-tier retailers/distributors.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and P&L; outcomes.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Experience leading high-performing teams in omnichannel environments.
Commercial mindset with a talent for spotting new opportunities. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
