The Opportunity – About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to join our group Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) team.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, Enterprise FP&A;, this role leads the consolidation of Business Unit forecasts into a cohesive enterprise view and delivers insightful analysis to the C-suite and Board.
You’ll play a key role in strategic financial planning, performance analysis, and continuous improvement of forecasting processes.
With direct leadership of two Senior Analysts and one Finance Graduate, you’ll foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
About You
You’ll bring:

CA or CPA qualification

Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in a Group Finance environment

Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen

Experience preparing reports for Executive and Board-level audiences

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
-
Experience in Property and/or Funds Management finance (highly regarded)
