● Documenting baseline information and requirements
● Developing and defining project roadmaps/workstreams in conjunction with program lead and delivery teams
● Tracking delivery progress of documented To Be requirements
● Liaising with teams, managers, and stakeholders
● Analyzing Salesforce implementations
● Applying relevant/best practice methodology for the business
● Solving issues during testing
● Ad hoc items as required
Your experience and capability
● Extensive experience in Salesforce program and implementation working with internal and external teams (System Integrators)
● An analytical mindset. Being able to analyze multiple data sources in an investigative manner is important and provides insights
● Enjoy all things data
● Tracking and evaluating in a detail-oriented manner and advising the business on what should be reported on for value-add
● The ability to make decisions fast. Being able to make actionable recommendations based on data findings will be important
● The ability to take the initiative
● Tell the business what you need confidently
● Experience with collaborative workspaces such as Confluence and Jira
● Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent extensive experience
● Flexibility to step outside defined role in order to get something done
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical teams
● The ability to take the initiative and think outside the box to meet the objective
● Enjoy working in fast-paced agile team environment
