Springwood Mazda is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join our dynamic Service Department. If you're passionate about keeping a busy workshop running smoothly and delivering exceptional customer service, this is the role for you.

The Role
As Workshop Controller, you will:
* Plan, monitor, and control repair orders to maintain an even workflow.
* Ensure vehicles are completed on time and meet quality standards.
* Allocate jobs to the right technicians and track progress.
* Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and technicians.
* Drive efficiency and profitability by optimising workshop capacity.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 5 years as a qualified technician.
* Strong planning, organisational, and delegation skills.
* Excellent communication and people management abilities.
* Experience with Mazda Control Systems (preferred).
* Current C class driver's licence.
