Role:
Our client is establishing a new technology fulfilment hub in Coolum Beach and are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented POS Deployment Technician to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing operation, helping to set the standard for quality, efficiency, and technical excellence.
In this role, you will prepare, configure, and test point-of-sale and payment hardware before it's shipped to customers across Australia. You'll also support day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, goods receiving, and order fulfilment.

Main Responsibilities:
* Configure, image, and customise POS terminals, card readers, and related devices
* Test, program, package, and ship hardware and peripherals
* Pick, pack, and fulfil daily outbound orders
* Receive incoming stock and maintain inventory accuracy
* Troubleshoot and resolve basic operational or configuration issues using documented procedures
* Assist with RMA testing, cleaning, and preparing devices for repurposing
* Safely handle equipment, wrap pallets, and operate trolleys and pallet jacks
* Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work area
* Support other operational/warehouse tasks as required
Key Skills Required:
* 1-3 years' experience in a similar role
* Experience with IT hardware setup, POS devices, deployment, or warehouse operations
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow technical steps accurately
* Comfortable using Windows applications
* Ability to work independently and manage workloads under time pressure
* Strong reliability, consistency, and pride in work quality
* Physically capable of regular lifting (5–10kg) and occasionally (up to 20kg+)
* Flexibility to assist during busy periods when extended hours may be needed
