About the role

As the Community and Partnerships Coordinator, you will help connect the P&N Bank and BCU Bank brands with the communities we serve. Your work will support customer acquisition, strengthen brand awareness and deepen local relationships.

Working as part of an inclusive and collaborative team your key responsibilities will include:

* Coordinating community engagement, sponsorships and partnership activities for both brands
* Supporting campaigns, local area marketing and on the ground activations
* Organising events, brand activations, conferences and community programs
* Assist in building and nurturing strong relationships with key customer segments, including Police, Teachers, Firefighters, Ambulance, and other essential service providers.
* Coordinating marketing materials, merchandise, collateral and community toolkits
* Liaising with branch and lender networks to deliver local marketing activity
* Ensuring all materials meet compliance and brand governance standards
* Supporting marketing administration including processing invoices and updating budget trackers

What will you bring?

* Experience in marketing, communications or campaign coordination
* Exposure to community initiatives, sponsorships or brand partnerships
* Confidence coordinating events, activations or roadshows
* Strong communication and relationship building skills
* Good analytical capability and attention to detail
* The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
* A marketing degree or similar qualification
