Overview
We are AIM Therapy for Children, a dynamic and growing team of allied health professionals and admin staff dedicated to delivering fun, functional, and family-focused care. We operate from purpose-built clinics in Balcatta, Joondalup, and Canning Vale, and we're excited to announce our new clinic opening soon in Jindalee.
You'll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Positive Behaviour Support in a truly collaborative environment. We offer individual and group therapies in clinics, homes, and schools, wherever children need us most.
Job Description
Responsibilities
* Carrying out initial appointments with new families.
* Carrying out fun and creative therapy sessions in our clinic spaces and in the community.
* Liaising with schools, families and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach for the children we support.
* Reviewing therapy journeys and ensuring next steps are in place for children who either outgrow AIM Therapy or meet their goals.
* Participating in a professional development timetable with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications
* Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
* A passion for collaborating in a multidisciplinary team and working with paediatrics
* Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and interpersonal skills
* Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle
