Business Development Role Overview:
This key position involves overseeing the coordination of sales efforts, customer service, and reporting functions. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm onsite in a dynamic business environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be a team player, and have advanced skills in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as proficiency in SAP or experience as a CRM Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain CRM data for effective sales tracking
* Develop and provide daily, weekly, monthly sales reports to stakeholders
* Create a reporting system and collaborate with sales managers to monitor budget performance and track key performance indicators
* Identify and manage critical supply shortages on fast-moving products and optimize inventory levels for slow-moving products
* Coordinate export orders and containers for international customers, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
* Provide support to the customer service or sales team for inquiries and troubleshooting assistance
* Generate and issue invoices, process credit memos, prepare account statements, and monitor monthly billing reports for accurate financial management
