This role is responsible for ensuring the governance of all research activities within a health service. The incumbent will lead, support, coordinate and manage a Human Research Ethics Committee in accordance with organisational goals and relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage research governance functions, including compliance and integrity.
* Develop and maintain knowledge of legal, ethical and financial issues associated with human research projects.
* Collaborate with research leaders, academics and clinical researchers to advance research initiatives.
* Maintain up-to-date understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements related to research governance.
Requirements
* Extensive experience in research governance, compliance and monitoring.
* Strong communication skills, including written and conversational abilities.
* Ability to understand and interpret complex legislation and guidelines.
* High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
