The Opportunity
As a Commercial Lawyer, you will play a key role supporting the delivery of major projects and advising on high-profile matters across the business. Key Responsibilities
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
* Providing pragmatic legal advice across project, construction, and energy matters
* Partnering with senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives and project delivery
* Supporting governance, compliance, and risk management functions
* Working collaboratively with internal and external specialist advisors
About You
* 3–7 years' post-admission experience in commercial law (private practice or in-house)
* Exposure to energy, infrastructure, or construction projects will be highly regarded
* Strong drafting and negotiation skills
* Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
* Commercial mindset with a solutions-oriented approach
