We are looking for Casual Install Stylists who thrive on fast-paced, physical work and have a borderline-obsessive eye for detail. If you love the \"Before & After\" reveal and can follow a blueprint to the millimeter, we want you on our roster.
The Role:
This is a high-energy, casual role. You aren't sitting in a studio picking fabrics; you are on-site, making the magic happen.
* Execute the Recipe: Follow our \"Room Playbooks\" to style living rooms, bedrooms, and dining spaces.
* Precision Placement: Using rugs, art, and furniture to create the \"Signature Sale By Design Homes Look.\"
* The Finish: Steaming linens, \"karate-chopping\" cushions, and ensuring every candle is perfectly straight.
* Inventory Care: Loading/unloading high-end pieces with the \"white glove\" respect they deserve.
Who You Are:
* The Finisher: You notice the one crooked frame or the wrinkled throw rug before anyone else.
* Physically Active: You're happy to be on your feet, moving light furniture and styling all day.
* System-Driven: You love a good checklist. You'd rather follow a proven \"recipe\" than reinvent the wheel.
* Reliable: When the truck arrives at 9:00 AM, you are there at 8:55 AM ready to go.
* Experience: Background in Retail Visual Merchandising (IKEA, West Elm, Zara Home, etc.), Real Estate, or Photography Assisting is a massive plus.
* Car License: You must be able to get around on your own.
The Goods:
* Pay: Fixed Rate Per Job.
* Flexibility: Work when it suits you. We post shifts to our \"Ops Channel\"—if you're free, take the gig!
* Growth: We scale fast. Top-performing casuals often move into Lead Stylist or Ops Management roles.
