About the role
* You will be working with 3 industry leading/award-winning Partners, assisting with matters from start to finish.
* The work involves large scale acquisition and disposals, complex commercial/industrial leasing, preparation of contracts of sale for "off-the-plan" residential, commercial and industrial developments.
The ideal candidate
* Associate to Senior Associate (3-8 PQE).
* A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university
* Strong commercial acumen with strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
