Sales Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team, providing administrative support to the Sales Manager and Sales Representatives across various tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of weekly sales reports, managing tasks within our company Management System (Dynamics), ordering, receipting, and maintaining records/reports for local components and attachments, and participating in all Quality Procedures, SOX, and Internal audit compliance for the Sales department.
To excel in this role, you will need prior experience in Sales Administration, strong knowledge of commercial processes, high-level communication skills with the ability to highlight risks and formulate solutions for internal stakeholders, good administration principles, excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask, team coordination skills and the ability to prioritize workload with high accuracy, clear business communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
